PBS Kids Games

After exploring PBS KIDS Games with my child, I’m impressed by how effectively it combines fun and education when it comes to learning apps. The app offers over 250 educational games, all featuring beloved characters from popular PBS shows like Daniel Tiger, Wild Kratts, and Rosie’s Rules. This makes learning an engaging and enjoyable experience for young children.

One of the standout features of PBS KIDS Games is its ability to entertain while educating. The games are thoughtfully designed to cover a range of subjects, from basic math and reading to problem-solving and social skills. My child was particularly excited to interact with familiar characters, which made the learning process more relatable and fun.

The app is also bilingual, offering games in both English and Spanish. This feature is excellent for bilingual households or for children who are learning a second language. With characters like Alma and Rosie leading the way, the games provide a comfortable and familiar environment for kids to explore new concepts in either language.

Another advantage of PBS KIDS Games is its offline capability. Once downloaded, the games can be played anywhere, making it a great option for keeping kids entertained and learning on the go. Whether at home, in the car, or on a trip, the fun and educational content is always accessible.

The app’s kid-friendly interface is simple and intuitive, ensuring that even the youngest users can navigate it without difficulty. As a parent, I appreciate the safe and ad-free environment, which allows my child to focus on learning without distractions.

Each individual game has to be installed, only takes seconds but can still eat up tablet space. Wish there was a way to remove the small greyed out non installed games so they aren’t visable to the child. This would allow the parent to customize the experience based on what their kid likes and remove the clutter everything else.
